Mind Your Own Business was JPF first work using video. Originally composed on an Amiga 2000 computer and transferred to VHS, the work is comprised of 3 single images, each lasting only 2 frames, playing at normal 25 Frames-Per-Second [PAL system]. The speed at which the 3 images alternate is faster than the capacity of the human eye to identify a discrete image. The resulting effect is an “impression” of simultaneity of the 3 images.
