Since 1990, JPF and Rafael Toral have worked together on a duo project – No Noise Reduction, working in a variety of areas from sound art to music activities of a more conceptual or experimental nature. The project investigates randomness and the resolution of the uncontrollable in real time, involving the artists in spontaneous activity, which often aims to get rid of noise by using it, through cutting-edge experimentation and technology abuse.
